Chapter 1.

The inseparable duo is on a case, chasing a cab as their hearts race until John suddenly stops and clutches his chest. In the morning, John has an episode and Sherlock realizes the condition of the army doctor. Sherlock begins charging people for cases so he can pay for the treatment, but It isn't enough. He has to find another way to pay for John's treatment... or John might fall.
