Madeline Curtis, a runaway from small town in Washington, finds herself in the streets of Hollywood looking for a place to stay when she encounters a strange hooded man. In less than a second poor Madeline's entire life was flipped upside down and she is determined to find the monster that caused it all. ----------------------------- Maybe it was the way all of their hearts beat in synchronization or the bulging veins that popped out of their hands as they did their work.
