Time Master

When a person from another Timeline, a subset of our own, comes to our world, he views the inhabitants as less advanced than the super advanced communication, and, it can go through time like butter, an efficient dynamic stabilization of the Time Form. What happens though is, that at some point you cannot control all of Time, it will soon find this out, in more ways than one! We know that fully, the Time Master does not.
