Description
Everly is lost after the sudden death of her mother. With the funeral behind her and her brother back home, she is left to finish the tumultuous task of going through her mother's belongings. After opening a hatbox, she discovers a picture of a gorgeous man with an even more beautiful smile, letters, and a journal about a man named Brett. A man who was not her father. As she pulls out more and more items, she notices that the bottom of the hatbox is lined with an envelope that contains the deed to a home at Ocean Isle, NC. Out of desperation or need, she leaves to discover the mystery that her mom left behind. After arriving, she is met with an obstacle...the heart-stopping neighbor whose attitude doesn't match his looks. As she discovers hidden secrets, she learns that even after death...love can grow.
