Unforgivable: (A) so bad as to be unable to be forgiven or excused.

Long ago, there was a little girl who was happy with her family. Unfortunately, she was taken away from that happiness and was trapped in a dark and cold place. Until she finally had enough and escaped. She, however, didn't make it far as she had fallen from exhaustion, luckily two people found her and that's when her life changed forever.
