Two best friends raised in the same foster home. Anastasia Petrov and Isla Carson both placed in the home when their mother, father, and little brother died at the age of 10.

They were very upset with their families deaths, so they felt that needed to stop the person that killed them. They graduate Highschool and College quicker than most. At the age of 23 they were hired into the BAU by an Agent Hotchner.
