Did she really fell in love with the men who kidnapped her, or did they kept her for so long she forgot about the kidnapping part. Now marina was slightly different from most of the girls that went to her school/collage...... see the difference was that the other girls wanted the "happily ever after life" you know?, the one where the girl had a "bad" childhood then she meets the so call "prince charming" and he's either a complete ass or he just falls in love with her at the first sight and she can't be with him because either her parents don't want her around him or she is afraid of being loved blah blah blah then they fall in love and have atleast 3 kids. But marina wanted more, she wanted to be a rich successful black women that worked as a real estate agent or a writer while living in a so called mansion wanting the entire country/ world to know her name. she wanted to make something of herself rather than wasting her time looking for the "right man" because as far as she knew there was no such thing. But I guess some of that changed when she met Xavier, Caleb and Felix.....well except the part where she is a rich successful black women. Look at this point just read the damn book 📖 🙄....I may not be the best writer but this book isn't that bad💀......BTW be ready for spelling errors 🙃
