Description
Isella Hernandez, an outgoing sixteen year old who always lets emotions take over. When she met Ezra Guerrero in middle school, she knew she would always like him. When she's a junior in high school, everything finally reveals itself to Ezra and it's up to Isella if she wants to continue her friendship. Ezra Guerrero, your average popular jock who is known by everyone. His last year in high school, he finally realizes that Isella is the one for him. While trying to get Isella out of a relationship he knows isn't for her, he falls in love with who she is. Both of them hurt each other in ways they can't explain. She knew it was always going to be him for her no matter how hard she tried to lose the feelings that seemed to haunt her. How long will it take for them to make up and face the reality of their relationship? ~ "I'm done, Ezra." He stands up from the bed and walks towards me but I step back. "What do you mean Isella?" I never wanted to have this conversation in the first place. It hurts so much. His green eyes scan my face and I try my best to hold back my tears. "I'm just tired already. You don't even notice or know what you're doing. You're hurting me Ezra." Wiping my eyes harshly, I take a deep breath and look at him directly. "I'm done." "Isella I'm sorry," he takes a few steps closer to me but I put my hand on his chest. "If you were really sorry you wouldn't have lied to me, to Nathaniel, to everyone. If this is how you're gonna act I see no point in staying here." With that, I walk out of his room and leave his house for what I hope is the last time.
