Vietnamese empire rises

Basically the USA lost the Vietnamese war so bad that Vietnam managed to invade them and took Alaska and parts of the West coast.... This and the beginning of decolonization sparks the rise of the Vietnamese empire... An empire that is underestimated but will win no matter the cost...... I don't own anything unless I say I do... Ps: this is during the Cold war
