Back story on the characters and their lives

A 19 year old girl has no idea what her family is up to, she doesn't know how to love, how to trust how to let her guard down ; so she doesn't, Eleonora thinks all of this is some fairytale and she will be the only girl in the world, who wont fall in love due to her lack of emotion. However, she soon finds out that there is someone just like her, who doesn't trust, doesn't love and sure as hell doesn't let their guard down. The only issue is that she absolutely despises him.
