It's been 2 years since Markus lead the deviants on a peaceful protest through the city of Detroit. Androids now have equal rights and can own property there's even laws against attacking them and even killing them. Crime against androids started getting higher some people want them to be eliminated.

What happens when an Android hating detective is assigned the new RK900 model as his partner.
