Severus Snape has done many stupid things in his life. Too many to count. The only thing he didn't anticipate was that his recent mistake would lead him to growing horns and a tail. But how the fuck was he supposed to know that the rose he'd intended to pick was guarded by a prickly fairy? Bloody fairies...they always took everything so seriously. Long story short, the entire castle got affected by the spell. The only good thing in this mess was that it happened in the summer holidays, meaning no students were present. The bad news...he had to get someone to fall in love with him. Soon. A pretty impossible task considering that the enchantment made the entire world forget about Hogwarts and its professors. Severus Snape had to get used to the idea that he would spend the rest of eternity as a hideous beast, with no one for company but talking teacups and chandeliers...that is until a bushy-haired know-it-all stumbles into the picture.
