She was not your regular teenage girl. Well, that depends on your definition of regular. Victoria Williams was smart, of average height and like every other girl, had big dreams. She was popular, too. She turned heads wherever she went. It wasn't on purpose but she couldn't seem to control it nor hide it. Her popularity resulted from the colour of her skin.
