Takemichci life had it ups and downs ever since her middle school years, and she ever since you graduated from middle school only a few things had worked out for her in her life in Tokyo. Now seeing at she had lost a lot of close people to her over the years, nearly getting killed by a train she was able to get a second chance and redo her life. She was going to make sure chaos didn't come from the Tokyo maniji gang by saving lives and change small parts of History to get a better future.
