When Hayley kidnaps Keelin, and Freya brings her to New Orleans, Keelin finds an unlikely ally in the Mikaelson family. She comes to know them as an honorable family. Who knows, maybe, for the first time, she actually fits in somewhere. Maybe, Keelin Malraux has found a family who accepts all of her... and, possibly, a lover in the Mikaelson witch? Or... A random Freelin/Mikaelson scene that was stuck in my head. It's been expanded into a multi-chapter story, and has a lot of Freya/Keelin interaction plus bonding moments for Keelin & Hope. *This includes lots of fluff, protective Freya, and protective Hope. Will eventually have two sequels and be Freelin-endgame.
