His father and mother had no choice but find him a place for safety until they could knew 100% that they would be okay to come back to be with him. Tommy's two older brothers were already with other families who would take care of them. It was up to Philza and Kristen, Tommy's parents, to find him a home. They asked friends and family, but none would take him in. He was a new born. No one wanted a new born. They were about to give up until Philza remembered a old friend.
