A Mysterious Device

What happens when the courier is teleported into a completely different environment than the Mojave, one with life and color instead the bleak sandy hills of the mojave wasteland. Well, we're about to find out when our Courier stumbles upon a mysterious device in an abandoned Brotherhood bunker.
