Four teenage friends set out on a road trip for a final fling before one is shipped off to Vietnam. Along the way, bikers harass the foursome and cause an accident that throws one of the teenagers from the vehicle. The lawman who arrives on the scene kills one of the bikers and brings three of the teenagers to the Hewitt homestead, where young Leatherface is learning the tools of terror.

But what happens when Uncle Monty finds an unconscious girl in the trunk of the car that belonged to the four teenagers? What were the teenagers going to do with her? Who is the girl? What happens after the Hewitts find a phone with a video of the girl getting assaulted by the four teenagers? What happens when Thomas feels a strong connection with her?
