The year's 1996 in New York City where Vida Winters, an aspiring ballerina dancer, spends her days shying herself away from the world. Her family on the other hand is the exact opposite. With her father's side running a mafia-related business "D.A.I.S.Y", Vida's life is exciting to say the least. Throughout her sophomore year of high school, Vida struggles with her family, friends, new lovers, & old crushes.
