With Rain now as the Red Suit, many factions in mafia are now starting to get skeptical about their territories due to Rain's crime fighting in the city. Now, an unknown force is now giving this faction alien tech to gain an upper edge. But, if Rain doesn't stop this gang war then it might turn Central Way into rubble! However, the captain of the police force Tsubaki Davis is against Rain's actions and is now on the pursuit to arrest him!
