Author's Note

Bordering the hub of a thriving society towers an elaborate mechanism, designed to protect its people from the dangers out of range. One day, the Wall is breached, allowing the opposing forces to enter the town, only to leave it in ruins. But for every problem there is a solution. Far, far away, carved into the ridges of a mountain lies a safe haven, guaranteed to serve as refuge for those who have fled the battlefield. But getting there will not be easy. There are enemies lurking within every corner, and it's only a matter of time before they catch up.
