He could feel her heart racing and her hot breath on his face. He leaned close to her. "I told you I get jealous and I'm not rational. I don't want to see you with another man." "I can be friends with whoever I want. I don't need your permission for that." He chuckled lightly. "You always find a way to connect everything to patriarchy don't you?" "Am I wrong to connect your behavior with patriarchy?" "Yes because I wouldn't mind if you did this to me." He kissed her without warning. She stood still, breathing heavily as his lips devoured hers. She slowly gave in, kissing him back. Her hands snaked around his neck as his hands tightened their grip on her waist.
