Blackmail

When L is forced into being the stage manager for the Wammy Institute's production of "Oedipus", he's not expecting much. Enter Light Yagami, lead actor and perfect transfer student who barrells into L's life and flips everything he thought he knew onto its head.

When people start dying all around them, L knows Light is involved somehow. Thus begins a deadly game of cat and mouse, where L must prove Light's guilt before he ends up the next victim, or his past comes back to haunt him once again.
