You've seen how children learn to become heroes in UA, but what if there was a school for villains? The future villains to rival against the young heroes when they get older. VA, or Villains Academy as the student's know it, is an underground division that is hidden from the heroes of the world and the government. Where do you send the children who just don't want to behave or just have a quirk that can't be used for good at all? Villain Academy is the place!
