Description
Minatozaki Sana, a young lady with a serious heart disease called Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM). For her to heal, she needed a heart donor. But no one bothered to step up because they don't want to lose their lives. Leaving Sana without a choice but to wait for the time of her death.
