The Shooting

Ava Shepherd is the youngest Shepherd. Like all her siblings she is on her way to becoming an extraordinary surgeon but being the youngest didn't hold her back. Ava was born after her father had been killed. She was her mothers hope and her brothers miracle after her father died. As the shooting happens at the hospital Ava worries for her brothers, friends and her boyfriend while fighting for her own life. Ava is in her fourth year of surgical residency and is recovering from the shooting.
