The therapy sessions

"what are you good at?" My therapist asked me, the all ask me that,every single therapist I've had, they ask me the same questions.

I want to tell them the truth and say, 'Ummm...... lets see, shutting people out, faking smiles, wishing I was good enough, being paranoid, thinking everyone hates me... yeah that's about it.
