This is a Meradd fanfic and sorta Merder, but Derek meets Meredith at the hospital. In this story Meredith resigned from the army, because someone close to her died. She is also a quadruple board certified in Neo-natal, Trauma, General and Neuro in the UK. But as she awaits for her US board results she is a 1 year resident and Seattle Grace.
