It is now after graduation. Everyone has gone their separate ways to achieve their goals set in life. Rachel has gone to New York with Kurt and Santana to achieve at NYADA, and Finn has joined the army to try and redeem his father Christopher. But, what will happen to Finn and Rachel during this time period? Will they find each other again and still feel the love they had for each other in high school? Will they live happily ever after as everyone thought they would?
