Chapter 1 (Peter)

Surviving the Shift was one thing. Now Peter and Catherine face a new challenge when Catherine's mother, Morgana, sends her precious shadow to fetch her daughter. Catherine is then forced to return to the land she swore she would never look back at and memories from her past begin to overwhelm her, dredging up feeling she believed were long burried.
Will Catherine be able to overcome the heartbreak of her past and be willing to finally share her pain or will Morgana succeed in destroying her daughter entirely?
