Age regression-In which one regresses to the midset of a child in order to cope with stress , trauma , or for other reasons. Every little is different , therefore have different needs while in littlespace. It is a coping mechanism , not to be compared to a kink dubbed Ageplay.

Pet regression is similar , in which ones mindset converts into that of an animal , such as a dog , cat , etc.
