At eighteen, Chihiro feels like she's in limbo. Diagnosed with anxiety at the age of six, she is in a constant battle with her own thoughts. She keeps everyone but her best friend Lilly at an arms length, sticks to her routine, and she's managing just fine. Screw what the therapist said.

But when her father unexpectedly gets a promotion, she is forced to move hours away from her hometown. While she mourns the loss of her old life, she has no idea a shortcut is about to change her forever...
