Striving young author sawamura eijun was pretty much all set, he has supportive friends and family, he's slowly reaching his dreams to be a successful novel author, what else could he possibly be missing? A decent apartment.

After an earful of wakana's complaints and nagging about him needing to move to a better place he finally caved in, luckily for him he got a recommendation from a friend and being the simple minded idiot he is he took it.

Later on he bumps into a man who he now owes some coffee, wait a second did he just give him his number? and a date??
