Thomas and Newt now live together as citizens. Everything is great until the reaping. Every year there is the zombie games. Each state except Florida will pick two tributes to compete in a game. The winning state will be rewarded. Newt and Thomas picked after they were lied to. Now they must compete in the games against past winners. The game being to eliminate the human, Newt.
