When the quirkless people were scared of the quirked they summoned an ancient spirit they thought it would be a lion or Jaguar but they summoned a something much more ancient The Phantosaur but it was reincarnated as a boy named izuku yagi he has all the memories of how he was the phantom so he grew a hate towards humanity but the worst part was that he had an abusive family (-Inko) but when he heard his people calling to him he has awoken the power in him
