What happens when a lieutenant finds out well.... it happend when Wilbur was 15, instantly being place in to the system till he was stuck with one older brother and two annoying pricks. it happend with Schlatt was 12 when he saw what happend on the news, it stuck with him for years and years till he decided that he couldn't let it happen again. he in rolled in the police force, quickly climbing the ranks as he pushed his way through. Wilbur was 30 when it happened, out of the system, obviously. he was never really taken care of with Phil but he learned to defend himself.... he learned how to hurt others. Schlatt was 27 when it happened, almost like the world sat still as he watched what he pledged to never happen, happened in front of him. (I do not ship real people, just the characters.)
