Cassie, a recently single mama of two, is quickly uprooted from her suburban lifestyle when her husband decides he no longer wants to be a father. Devastated with the cutthroat news she franticly packs away her belongings and starts to clean out the home they once shared. Still in shock of the reality of it all she stubbles along some files dated back to her graduation days, a deed to some unknown property down south and a letter addressed to her.
