Twice's contract with JYP Entertainment was ending soon, and the girls were considering whether to extend their contract or to try out new pastures in YG or SM. However, a sinister plot was brewing behind the scene to bring the next 'Nation's Girl Group' down.

The second installment of the fan favourite Lovesick Monster Universe follows Twice's relationships with Han Minsoo, Twice's nervous, new intern manager; Ansel Jackson, SM's charming legal manager; and Kwak Jinyoung, YG's contract executive, who's burdened by his past mistakes.
