"Look it's a falling star, make a wish." Harry tells me as I lay my head on his chest looking up at the stars twinkling in the night sky. The only light being from the full moon directly above us cascading the moment with a sense of tranquility. "No, not yet." I tell him letting out a sigh and slightly shake my head. His fingers playing with my hair as we stare into the night. It feels so peaceful, almost like nothing ever changed between us. He's still the same stupid teenage boy that got me to fall in love with him. And I'm still the dumb stubborn girl who can't learn to trust. "Why not?" he whispers not wanting to break the moment we're having by being too loud. "Because if you see one shooting star you're just lucky. But if you see two then you know it's meant to be." Past high school lovers Harry and Alani reunite for the first time since Alani mysteriously disappeared in the middle of the night with nothing but a letter as goodbye four years ago. They run into each other again at Devil's Advocate which puts them in a difficult position. Alani works for Eroda magazine and has to write an anonymous article reviewing the special nightclub/casino. Harry has to figure out who is suddenly repaying debts and taking their customers and for what reason. Will they be able to work together to get some answers?
