Suffering from the loss of her dad, Alma has no other choice but to go live with her grandmother, the only relative she has.

Her grandmother lives far away, on land she hasn't visited for a long time. In a small village, Alma has to grow used to this new land, a land that faces hardships.

Amidst this new life, she does the most absurd thing that she has ever done. She gets married to Yasser, a respectable man who the whole village seems to trust.
