San Francisco is going crazy with a lot of street racing going on so constantly. Someone named Philip has hired a couple of racers to defeat everyone by racing them for money and slips, they're all trying to exceed with cars that get faster and faster, in order to get to the one who named his car "Anaconda" the current fastest street racer in San Francisco. They want his car at all cost, they will do whatever it takes to face against The Anaconda. A guy named Neal is starting off the career with the others on eliminating as many street racers as possible.
