The Team

Hunter Elster lived in a small community where everyone knew almost everything about their neighbors and friends. At least, that's what he thought. After a mysterious note is left in his locker, he meets a team of four of his classmates, lead by the buff art teacher, Mr. Miller. There he finds that Michael Wisse, Rachel Zavanella, Caleb Tager, and even his own girl friend Sierra Graffo aren't who they appear to be. With abilities granted to them by doing something selfless, called 'gifties', hoverboards, weapons, and training in self-defense, he wonders how they could keep this a secret. But when the team's past starts to catch up to them, they will have to stand together to save their town.
