Reader-insert You have just arrived in England at the age of 16, your parents pulled a few strings and you manage to take the test to get into Oxford. No one knows why or how but you got in. Your placement was kept on the downlow as you passed the test with flying colours, something definitely not normal for a 16 year old. The teachers that you receive keep quitting and refusing to tutor you. The school contacts the only people that they know who is like you, The Holmes Brothers. These events take place after The Empty Hearse and before His Last Vow. The story will also stray from the canon a lot so be warned. Mary stays alive in this one because I like her. Gender-neutral pronouns for reader, to be more inclusive as I can't seem to find any for the shelock fandom. All relationships will be platonic, their sexuality will remain unknown, same with gender identity and sex. P.S I don't know a lot about Oxford, I'm doing some research along this but it's not a massive feature so if I make it out to be a big government conspiracy don't worry, that's just because it works better for the story. Moving on, I'm also not as smart as Sherlock or Mycroft obviously but the character is so I'll try my best to show that but idk, I might just make it so they don't explain a thing and annoy the Holmes Brothers. I do not own any of the Sherlock characters. They all belong to the BBC. Apart from the reader and original characters plopped in for plot devices.
