Chapter One

Aimee Hudson is still grieving over her sister's departure. Departure is what the police say, kidnapping is the word that Aimee would choose. No one believes her except, her best friend Kallias. When more girls start to disappear in the same way, Aimee decides that she'll step up and find the girls herself when the police won't bat an eye.

"Aimee did you get the wrong map?" Kallias says, furrowing his brow and tilted the piece of paper sideways. Aimee grabbed the map from him with an exasperated look and said,
"You're holding it upside down idiot."
