Taehyung's life was hectic.

Being a heart surgeon was never supposed to be easy but being the head of the cardiothoracic department just made everything so much more difficult.

Still, Taehyung enjoyed his life.

Or at least he used to until he was forced to take a 180 degrees turn after meeting Jeon Jeongguk, a person with a rare heart condition who needed immediate treatment.

The thing was, Taehyung adored being a heart surgeon.

But he slowly realized that not all hearts were kind, good and worthy to be saved

Some were malevolent.
