Exorcism Gone Wrong

What if instead of Lydia stabbing Betelgeuse with that bad art of hers, the Maitland-Deetzes decide to exorcise Betelgeuse in hopes of getting rid of him. However, something happens to go wrong and leaves Betelgeuse trapped in the house with them for good. Unable to leave.

Though they are worried, the Maitland-Deetzes must make do with this and, as that happens, they (and Betelgeuse) may learn a thing or two about what it means to be a family.
