Over 120 days in, the group is in shambles. Members have gone missing, multiple have died, and some are permanently disfigured with missing eyes, fingers, and arms. As the group's medic, (Y/N) tries to be the rock of stability for her friends, but it's hard to stand up and fight when the weight of the world is on your shoulders.
