Draco Monroe is always the talk of town. From his hazel eyes that flares, unknown tattoos under his everyday sweater and to his very existence that everyone questioned because of his almost-perfect being. Many adored him, sent flowers and letters but he always tell them he's not into romantic stuffs.

One starry night, he had a thought to drink some beer and eat some noodles so he went up the rooftop of the apartment he probably lived his whole life. Upon reaching the top, the thought of him chilling under the stars was interrupted by a girl who's about to jump off the building. The next thing he knew, he was holding the girl with his scaly sharp claws.
