When Izuku Midoriya was just a child, he got wounded in a battle between a hero and a villain. He got saved by the hero and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. But he never arrived there. Instead he was captured by All for One and taken to the labs, where he is getting experimented on and raised to be a supervillain under his new name Maru.
