The Beginning

After the war against the Capitol, Katniss, Prim, and Peeta are all suspected to be dead. Katniss at the hands of President Cornelius Snow, Prim from the bombing, and Peeta from being tortured by the Capitol.
Prim is alive and has one wish.
To kill President Snow for all of the torturous things he did between Katniss and Peeta.
Prim needs to find him.
And kill him.
